Scholar, Professor, Author — Dr. Karl Kutz has devoted his academic career to the study of Hebrew language, biblical literature, and ancient manuscript analysis. With a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison specializing in Hebrew and Semitic Languages, his scholarly contributions have significantly impacted the field of biblical studies.
After various pastoral experiences, Dr. Kutz returned to Multnomah faculty in 1996, where he has been instrumental in shaping the academic landscape. He currently serves as the Chair of the Biblical Languages Department at Verum Seminary. His innovative approach to teaching biblical languages and in-depth studies of ancient texts has earned him recognition as a leading authority in the field.
His published works, including textbooks and scholarly articles, have become essential resources for students and scholars worldwide. Dr. Kutz continues to blend rigorous academic study with practical application, making ancient wisdom accessible to modern audiences.
